Discharge of the Biodiversity Gain Plan condition
Guidance on what to submit to the LPA to discharge the biodiversity gain plan condition is available here Biodiversity net gain - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk). Further information is provided in the BNG PPG.
The BGP form must be submitted no earlier than a day after permission is granted. The LPA will determine the Biodiversity Gain Plan in line with the BNG PPG.
Where statutory credits are to be used credit reference numbers will need to be provided. Where credits are purchased from offsite providers, the site must be registered on the statutory register

Enforcement
Failure to comply with the Biodiversity Gain Plan condition will be a breach of planning control. The Council will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of BNG and taking enforcement action if conditions or obligations are not met.
