Timeframe for the Inquiry

The Planning Inspector adjourned the Inquiry in February.  It will reopen with a site visit by the Inspector on Monday 17 June for which the arrangements for which will be made nearer the time.

The Inquiry will then adjourn before re-commencing for two separate sessions where all the evidence will be heard on the following dates:

25 - 28 June: This will be when the evidence regarding the anaerobic digestion process and the consequent highway movements and impact on the highway network are heard.

9 – 12 July: This will be when the evidence regarding the landscape and visual impact of the development along with the overall planning balance is heard.

These sessions will take place at The Horizon Centre, Peachman Way, Broadland Business Park, Norwich NR7 0WF.

A final session for closing statements, also to take place at The Horizon Centre, will take place on Monday 22 July.

Please note that it is possible that some elements of these sessions may spill into a later session depending on how quickly the evidence is heard.
