We collect recycling, rubbish and garden waste (additional paid for service) every two weeks. In most cases this will be recycling one week and rubbish the next.
Please ensure your bin is out for collection by 6:30am for both Broadland and South Norfolk residents. We would highly recommend you put bins out the evening/ night before.
If you are unsure which district you fall under, please check your local council before submitting the form below.
We ask all residents place their property name/number onto all their bins to enable our crews to correctly identify which property the bin belongs to. This can be done using stickers or permanent marker. This will ensure a more efficient service, and we thank you for your cooperation.
Broadland residents:
- Food waste bins will be collected at the same time as your rubbish and recycling on a weekly basis
- Residents that have individual (not shared) bins, you can place a standard carrier sized bags (no black bin bags) of textiles, electrical items and batteries out at the same time as your rubbish and recycling on a weekly basis.
