Find your bin collection day
We collect Recycling, Refuse and Garden (Additional paid for service) waste every two weeks. In most cases this will be recycling one week and rubbish the next.
Please ensure your bin is out for collection by 6:30am for Broadland residents and 6:30am for South Norfolk residents. We would highly recommend you put bins out the evening/ night before.
If you are unsure which district you fall under, please check your local council before submitting the form below.
We ask all residents place their property name/number onto all their bins to enable our crews to correctly identify which property the bin belongs to. This can be done using stickers or permanent marker. This will ensure a more efficient service, and we thank you for your cooperation.
Download our FREE Bin Collections South Norfolk app to find your bin dates at the click of a button. You can also receive notifications of any bin day changes.
