Find your bin collection day
We collect all waste every two weeks, recycling one week and rubbish the next week.
Please ensure your bin is out for collection by 6:30am for Broadland residents and 6:30am for South Norfolk residents.
If you are unsure which district you fall under, please check your local council before submitting the form below.
We ask all residents place their property name/number onto all their bins to enable our crews to correctly identify which property the bin belongs to. This can be done using stickers or permanent marker. This will ensure a more efficient service, and we thank you for your cooperation.
- for Broadland residents who have a food waste bin, this will be collected at the same time as your rubbish and recycling on a weekly basis
- for Broadland residents that have individual (not shared) bins, you can place standard carrier sized bags of textiles, electrical items and batteries out at the same time as your rubbish and recycling on a weekly basis. Textiles, electrical and batteries cannot be mixed in one bag. For further information see electricals, batteries and textile collections
