Gambling Act 2005
Licensing Authorities are required by the Gambling Act 2005 to publish a statement of the principles which they propose to apply when exercising their functions. This statement must be reviewed and published at least every three years.
A full copy of the statements are attached below which came into effect on 31 January 2022.
