COVID-19 information

Our facilities are now open across all five our centres, with certain restrictions in place. Please see guidelines below to show how we will keep you and our staff safe.

Indoor leisure facilities will open including gyms (individual or household use only)

Imagine Spa at Wymondham will open

Organised indoor children's activities can resume such as gymnastics

Framingham Earl re-open

Swimming pools reopen, including Swim School, adult lane swimming, junior swim club and disabled swimming

Badminton courts will be available to book for household groups and junior clubs at Wymondham and Framingham.

Soft Play reopen with booking system in place. No parties.

Indoor adult exercise clases can restart

Adult organised indoor sport can resume

Badminton may be played under the rule of six and two households for all ages

Adults swim club now permitted

Cafe can reopen offering food and drinks to eat in.

The following changes have been put in place to keep you safe when you return:

  • masks are to be worn at all times within the building, unless exercising
  • a queuing system is in place outside of the entrance
  • markers have been laid out on the floor so people adhere to being a safe distance from other
  • a one-way system is in operation at each centre, so there will be different entrance and exit points
  • screens have been put up at the reception
  • there will be a limit to the amount of people and time spent in the building each day
  • hand sanitisers available throughout the centre
  • air quality monitors in the main activity areas
